Yesterday, I went out fishing with Benny D, for Mangrove Jack. We ended up with bass, flathead and one good fish at 53cm. The fish was taken from between the skids of a home boat ramp and you might notice the slow load up, as the jack grabbed the lure the moment it landed and swam straight out into deeper water. For a moment it felt like my lure had snapped off, but once I realised what was going on, the jack got stuck into a good fight and we were lucky to land it!…
